In honor of an amazing woman. Evangelist Janet Farmer will be sorely missed. She was definitely an example of one who gave unconditional love. When you met Janet you immediately knew she was in a love affair with her Savior Jesus Christ. Janet was the essence of faithfulness to help anyone to find the right way to Christ. She loved to dance and blow kisses to the Lord, in gratitude for salvation. Her priceless possessions were her family.
    Heaven has collected another jewel!

My husband and I send our condolences to the family. We truly miss Mother Farmer. She was a bright light at Mountaintop Faith Ministries’ 8:00 a.m. service. Always smiling, always ready to give kind words and good advice. We were sorry to see her move back to Ohio, but we knew she needed to be closer to her family. She was so proud of how the family had grown and was always quick to show pictures of the newest additions. She loved you all.

  10. We, the members of Mountaintop Faith Ministries of Las Vegas, Nevada, wish to extend our deepest sympathy to the family of Janet Farmer. We pray that God will grant you peace and comfort in this hour of bereavement.

To the family: please accept our heartfelt condolences and be assured that our thoughts and prayers are with you through this difficult time. We are praying that God will grant you His peace which surpasses all human understanding.

We also pray that the love of God and the family’s love for one another will sustain each of you. Be comforted in knowing that the Lord has welcomed her home. We also know that in time the Lord will turn our sorrow into joy and turn our time of separation into a glorious reunion in heaven.

With the writings of the Psalmist, we wish to comfort you with these words:
“They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abides forever.”

My heartfelt sympathy and prayers go out to the Farmer family. Mother Farmer was very special to me and I thank God for the times I was blessed to be in her presence. We shared testimonies, family stories, good food, and just plain old good company.
I’ll miss giving her rides to and from church and taking her grocery shopping or just stopping by for a visit. I lost her twice, when she left Vegas and moved back to Ohio and now she’s with her Lord & Savior whom she loved with all her heart. I’ll miss hearing her voice on the phone and our long conversations about the Lord. RIP mother.

To the Farmer Family, it saddens me to hear of your mother’s journey home. That is truly one of the hardest to experience. In this case, however, you can take some comfort in knowing she is resting in her Heavenly Home. If you need me, call me. Much Love.
