In Loving Memory of Johnny F. Tutt II

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Johnny F. Tutt II, an esteemed entrepreneur and devoted family man. Johnny left this world on August 28, 2023, peacefully embracing the natural rhythm of life. Born on April 11, 1969, in Columbus, Ohio, he was a proud African American who valued his heritage deeply.

Johnny’s journey in life was marked by significant accomplishments and unwavering dedication. As a young man, he displayed great athleticism and excelled in various sports, including track, football, bowling, and golf. His exceptional talent on the football field earned him the title of All-American Football Player at Marion-Franklin High School. Throughout his life, Johnny remained passionate about sports, supporting his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers and Michigan Wolverines.

Driven by his thirst for knowledge, Johnny pursued higher education, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Franklin University. Armed with his education and entrepreneurial spirit, he established himself as a successful business owner of a barbershop and photo studio. His ingenuity and commitment to excellence allowed him to thrive in the competitive industry.

However, above all his accomplishments, Johnny cherished his role as a devoted family man.Johnny enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was always the go to person who you could always count on. He adored his children, Johnny Tutt III, Adrian Tutt, and Kamryn Tutt, stepson’s Vincent Furr, Jordan Smith and grandson Johnny Tutt IV. He treasured their accomplishments. He was a dedicated father, regularly attending their sporting events and cheering them on with passion and pride. His children have fond memories (Johnny) “ Death leaves heartache no one can heal. Love leaves memories no on can steal. I will love you forever Dad”.

(Adrian) “I remember how he would take us to home town buffet for dinner sometimes and after we were done and we’d get back to the house he would race all of us in the street down to the light post and back.”

(Kamryn) “I remember always running to my daddy for hugs and when my mom would tell me no I knew my dad would say yes. I remember playing on the playground set in our backyard being pushed on the swing, sliding down the slide into my dads arms.”

Johnnys love extend to his loving parents, Donna and Johnny Tutt Sr., who preceded him in death, his brother, Michael Tutt, and his sister‘s Grace Tutt and Cynthia Tutt-Moore (TaMé), and a host of nieces and nephews

Johnny’s warm smile, loving nature, and unwavering support will forever remain in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know him. In this time of mourning, let us celebrate Johnny’s remarkable life and honor his memory. His legacy of resilience, determination, and unconditional love will continue to inspire us.
