Michael Gene Stephens Jr., born April 2, 1989 to father, Michael Gene Stephens Sr. and mother, Lisa Faye Burks. He precedes in death with his baby brother, Romeo Romell Kendrick.

Michael Stephens was called home on February 3, 2024. Michael leaves behind two beautiful daughters, Bella Gene Stephens, Amirah Monet Stephens; sisters, Lisa Stephens, Sinyle Simms, Sonya Kendrick, Laporcha Williams, Rickeya Barker, Miracle Kendrick; brothers, Samual Burks, Richard Kendrick Jr.; stepfather, Richard Kendrick Sr., and a host of aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Michael was honored by his best friends, Michael Gunn and Richard Ballew. Michael Stephens was raised in the Short North Community and was known for designing custom made Grillz. He was also known as “Chris Brown from the Short”.

He was very funny and full of laughter and love. Mike would love spending time with siblings joking, crying and smiling. Whatever he wanted, he would complete.

Michael Jr. attended Whetstone and Fort Hayes where he obtained his Dental Degree. Being so passionate, he became a ladies’ man and enjoyed children. Mike loved fishing, playing pool and ping pong. His favorite spot to chill and vibe was Suzie Q’s Bar & Grill.
