My first years of teaching were across the hall from Ms Stovall at Ohio Ave. school 44 years ago. I was 25 and she helped me immensely navigating my way through my early years of teaching. I thank her for those years. Rest in Peace.

  4. My sympathies & prayers to the family. As a friend of Robin, she spoke very highly of Beulah. Robin enjoyed all the times she spent with Beulah. Robin told me about Beulah 100 year old celebration, what a lovely tribute to her. Beulah was a remarkable women, she definitely left her long lasting mark on life.

  5. All my 23 years at Triedstone was spent with her. She was such an inspiration. She helped me with my 11 grandchildren that I brought to church. She was there to help doing the plays we where in. She was my Sunday school teacher. She really helped me when I would go by her home late nights for words of wisdom.
Yes. My midnight spanking also to put me back in line. I was able to talk to her about anything. I’m very grateful and appreciative of all she did. I celebrate her home going. 103 years is such a honor for such a sweet. Loving and kind lady as she was. Rest Mother.

My heart is heavy that Mother is no longer with us, but I also rejoice that she rests in the arms of Jesus. Always kind and extending, she exemplifiesd what it meant to be a Church Mother – she was definitely one. I will always remember her smile, fashion, hats, and her firm love for her church and the Lord. My prayers for the family. “Precious in the sight of the Lord…”
