  7. Ulya was a wonderful woman! I met her at ODOT & was blessed to know her for many years. She was always quick with a laugh & a smile. After she retired, she’d tell me about all of the wonderful trips she had taken. Loved to travel! But most of all, she loved the Lord! So, I know she’s enjoying her reward! God Bless!
