Warren Duane Carter “Storm”, passed away on April 2, 2024 in his residence. Warren was born in Springfield, Ohio on June 16, 1967. He graduated from Chamberlain High School in Twinsburg, Ohio and Clark State Community College in Springfield, Ohio majoring in Computer Programming. He also resided a brief time in Columbus, Ohio.

He leaves to cherish his memory, brothers, James “JJ” (Meredith) Carter, Michael (Andrea) Carter, James Lee (Jannine) Mundy; only niece, Jalisa Carter; great niece, Jazell Oldham; special aunt, Katherine Biles Thomas; uncles, Napoleon (Rebekah) Biles, Edwin (Alice) Battle Jr. of Cleveland, Ohio, Robert (Sandra) Battle of Warrensville, Ohio; aunt, Lois Hagood of Garfield Heights, Ohio; cousins, Tyrone Biles Sr. and Melissa (Owen Bronston Sr.) and a host of cousins and special friends.

Warren was preceded in death by his mother, Irene McWhorter; father, James Carter Sr.; grandparents, Edna and Ernest Truss all of Springfield, Ohio; great grandparents, Edwin and Exxie Battle Sr. of Twinsburg, Ohio.

Visitation 11:00 AM and Funeral Service 12:00 PM Saturday, April 13, 2024 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, SPRINGFIELD CHAPEL, 823 S. Yellow Springs St. Interment at Memory Lane Crematory.
