Anita Lee (Young) Hanks, born August 19, 1935. She later married William Earl Hanks and they had their first son William Hanks, Jr. (Spike), and four other children and many grandchildren.
She was full of life and fire all her days. She was a special beath of fresh air for anyone who knew her. She was independent and strong even in her later years. She could make a room laugh with jokes, and she set us straight with her words. She defined what a strong woman was. She would give other’ the shirt off her back. She was unconditional love and the lion of her family. She will be greatly missed by her adopted son Shaymarr Hanks and her other four children, grandchildren, family, friends, and associates.
