Anna Hilda Suarez, a beloved homemaker and mother, born on September 30, 1934, in Manhattan, NY, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2024, at the age of 89, in Columbus, Ohio. She was a woman of strength and kindness, known for her love of music, joyous parties, and her exceptional care for her family.
Anna’s life was marked by devotion to her loved ones. She leaves behind a legacy of love and care, survived by her children, Michael Coles, Lois Suarez, Anthony Suarez, Joe Suarez, and Nellie Suarez. She was preceded in death by two children, Victoria Suarez and Lisa Suarez, as well as her mother, Felicia Fussa, and her husband, Victor Suarez.
Anna found true happiness in cooking for her family, and her culinary delights brought joy to many gatherings. In her lifetime, she cherished her relationships with her 17 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Her affectionate nature and caring spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.
Visitation 11:00am and Funeral 12:00pm Saturday March 23, 2024 at MARLAN GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST 5456 E. Livingston Ave. Followed by repast at Deb’s event center from 1-4pm.
Anna’s kindness and generosity will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her. May her memory be a blessing to all.
