Condolence Messages

  1. I met Frankie when I was 13. He and Debbie were my first friends when I moved here. I thought he was funny and goofy and silly. Everything a 13 year old girl loves in an older guy. He remained my friend even though we didn’t see each other often. He was always true and sweet and special to me.

  2. Extending my deepest and most heartfelt sympathy to family and friends on the death of my cousin Arstell…”Frankie” Washington
