Survived by wife, Ora C. Westmoreland; children, Norma Jean Magwood Neighbarger, Litha Ann (Joe) Moorehead, Cleve Westmoreland Jr, Harry (Barbara) Goins of Alexandria, VA, Charlotte Goins Carter. Belva (John) Ramsey, Gonnie Goins and Monique Goins-Ransom; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 2188 Woodward Ave.

Grandpa, my heart is heavy from missing you. I wish I had one more day, but it would never be enough. You gave me a gift that no other could ever contend. You loved and raised me as your own, never complaining or lacking in the care you would so freely lend. You set an excellent example of what a man should be and how to treat his wife and family. I could never thank you enough, but find peace in knowing the relationship we shared and cherished. Watch over us until we see you again. I love you handsome
