Doris Carolyn Blount Chase, age 72. Sunrise November 5, 1943 in Thompson, GA and Sunset June 25, 2016 at OSU Wexner Medical Center Columbus, Ohio.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents James Lewis and Agnes Lucille Jackson Lewis, husband Charles Chase, sister Betty Kendrick and nephew Robert E. Lewis Jr.
Left to cherish her memory, sons Leon L. (Keishia Jackson) Blount, Doug Blount, Rodrick Q. (Anita) Blount, Larry D. (Paula) Blount, and Isaiah Chase, daughters Paulette (Ricky) Martin, and Meisha Chase, brothers Robert Edward (Denise Y) Lewis Sr., Ronald E. Lewis, and David Lee (Demetrius) Lewis, sisters Angia Charles and Evelyn (Leroy) King, special nephew Anthony Charels, 30 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, anda host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
