Mother Dorothy D. Lynch was born on July 4, 1935 and went home to be with our heavenly Father on May 21, 2022, after a dedicated and inspirational life. She was the daughter of Arthur Lambert and Eliza Lambert.

Mother Lynch was the definition of faithfulness. She served the through her church for 60 plus years. She served as a Sunday School teacher, Usher and later the president. For many years she was a volunteer at the handicap school. In her early years she was a volunteer babysitter.

Mother Dorothy was an example to the women and men alike. Always had a word of encouragement. She would always remind you to trust God and was ready tell you how the Lord brought her out of hard situations. She was the definition of a Proverbs 31 women.

Mother Dorothy was a student of the Word of God. In her 80’s she started the GNC Ministry training Institute where she maintained a 4.0 GPA. Mother Lynch was the oldest and the most hard-working student in the school. She also attended baking school. She loved to bake.

Mother Lynch was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Lamber and Eliza Lambert; husband, David W. Lynch, Sr.; and sons, Timothy I. Lynch and Clifford G. Lynch.

Mother Lynch leaves to cherish her memory; son, David W. Lynch, Jr.; daughter, Debra D. “Dee-Dee” Daniels; five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am Friday, May 27, 2022 at Grace New Covenant Apostolic Worship Center, 1643 Aberdeen Ave.

Interment at Evergreen Burial Park.
