  8. Shelton family, my heart is truly broken by the loss of Jay. He was and is like a son to me. I have known Jay since elementary school. He was the Best Friend to my son Charles. I share in your loss. I will always remember Jay for his smile , laugh and the love he shared amongst everyone. Jay was there for me when Charles was struggling to live. Jay will always hold a special place in my heart. I will always love Jay as a son. My sincere condolences to the Shelton family.
