John Maurice Harris (Moe) a life long resident of Columbus, Ohio passed away unexpectedly March 22, 2024 at the age of 52.
John is survived by his mother, Jacqueline Baker; his wife, Gina Harris; his children, John Harris Jr. and Myisha Thomas Harris, John McCrary, Jordan Harris, Jamal Harris, Keyonna Nelson, Breonna Nelson; step children, Aaron Terrell Sr., Kaliyah Terrell, Jayden Terrell; siblings, Yolonda Moorer and Tonya Harris; special friends, Turk and Theandria Wilder; a host of aunts uncles, cousin’s, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his father, Willie Pannell; his grandmother, Elizabeth Harris, mother in law, Geri Champion; grandfather, Frank Coley; aunt, Yvonne Harris.
John was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 23, 1971 to Jacqueline Harris and Willie Pannell. He graduated from Linden High School in 1990. On October 4, 2022 he married the love of his life, Gina. John was a very kind and loving person and he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
