Lakeisha Lashay Hadnot was born on December 29,1979 to Michael H. Hadnot and the late Georgia M. Hadnot in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was called home May 11, 2022.

Lakeisha grew up in the West End area of Cincinnati and moved to Newark, Ohio in her early teen years. She attended Newark Senior High school and worked many jobs in the Newark, Columbus, and Cincinnati areas. Lakeisha loved her family and was especially fond of her nieces and nephews. She had a big heart, loved to laugh and have a good time, and liked doing things “her” way.

Lakeisha was proceeded in death by her mother Georgia Hadnot, sister Ada Wilkins (Gary),Brother Michael Hadnot Jr. grandmothers Ada Williams and Jesse Bolden, grandfathers Eddie Williams and Robert Hadnot.

Lakeisha leaves to cherish her memory father Michael (Ronnie) Hadnot, Brothers Lamont (Tonya) Wilkins, Harold Hadnot, Keith and Kevin Benford, Charlie Hadnot, Marty Hadnot, Demitrius Ruff, sisters Shuana Gardenhire, Verna Johnson, Tiffany Ruff,  Uncles Harold and Eugene Hadnot,  Ronald Bryant nephews Brian, Courtney, Dominque, Tobias, Germani, Isaiah, Harold Jr., Geramey, Tobias II, Lamont, Blake, Legend,  nieces Jazmin and Darlah, and host of family and special friends.

Lakeisha will be truly missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

Visitation 10:00 AM and Memorial Service 11:00 AM Saturday, May 21, 2022 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave. (one block east of Noe Bixby, turn North on Lonsdale Rd).
