Martina Marie Brown was born March 15, 1986 in Columbus, Ohio to Tracey L. Brown and Gary A. Parrish. She joined her wings on Friday, December 11, 2020 at the age of 34 in Columbus, Ohio surrounded by the prayers and the love of her family.

Martina attended Central Crossing High School where she later found her love to become a home health aide. Mart’s love has reached many strangers as well as the love and cherishing moments she shared with her children,

Marty was an extremely outgoing person who touched many souls throughout her journey of life. An amazing mother does not begin to describe the mother Marty was. He kids were the light of her soul. Each of her children encompass the beauty of her soul and shall continue to live through them.

When the gates of heaven opened, she was welcomed by her mother, Tracey L. Brown, grandmother, Alene M. Brown; aunts, Tina R. Washington, Denise “Red” Parrish, Saundra Parrish, Debbie “Cole” Parrish and several other relatives and friends.

Left to carry on her legacy is her father, Gary Parish; daughters, Au’Miyah Brown, Jae’onna Brown-McCrary;sons, Maishawan Brown, Zion Brown-Starky, Josiah Robinson; sisters, Keyona Brown, Markeeta (Andrea) Brown, Niesha Parrtish, Aundrea Bunch, Rachel Thompson; nieces, Kaliyah Brown, Ra’Kakaiyah Brown -Sims, Peyton Thompson, Jalayah Thompson; nephews, Randolph Sims, Kynell Middlebrooks; special cousins, Jena (Jenell) Washington, Seyrita Hoover, Shakiya Arnold, Special friends, Lavena Feaster, Katesha Alderson as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

PRIVATE Visitation 1:00 PM and Funeral Service 2:00 PM Saturday, December 26, 2020 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave.
