Willie Mae Hopkins, age 79, transcended to the Heavenly Streets of Gold on January 15, 2020. She was born to the late Ervin Holland (Father) and Annie Mae Mokdeep (Mother) on September 10, 1940.
Willie Mae married James Hopkins in 1965. She retired from Marzetti’s and also worked as a maid for the Blavely Family.
Willie Mae was preceded in death by her brother, Willie Edward Holland,; sister-in-law, Rayleen Holland; daughter, Debra Hopkins; granddaughter, Johanna Hopkins. Left to cherish her memories are daughter, Mary Elaine Hopkins-Blalock (Roderick Blalock) devoted son in law) daughter, Elena Hopkins; grandchildren, Teila Marie Hopkins, Roderick Hopkins, Shakeen Hopkins, Marquest Hopkins, Corrine Hopkins and great-granddaughter, Al’teiona Hopkins; special nieces, Denise Holland and Janey Hopkins; special nephew, Dennis Hopkins; special caregivers, Jasmine Stedley, Crystal Sheppard, Robert Johnson and Nurse, Deidra; best friends, Pamela Dean and Sylvia Harris, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Willie Mae fought a good fight and remained in her dedication with her children and family during a battle of illness.

This was really a shock to me are used to know when Mary first had children she loved them so much she was a true mother and a wonderful wife, it saddens me that I didn’t know about her illness but I know God has her in his bosom now. And she will be one of the greatest angels in heaven my condolences love , peace and prayers goes out to the family.
