  4. I was looking forward to calling Mr. Chapman to wish him Happy Birthday like I do every year. Im hurt Mr. Chapman is no longer here but Im thankful God gave him a long and a good life.

Mr and Mrs Chapman (Phonoey Sr and Shirley) are the grandparents of my oldest child, Shauntaia Chapman but they treated the other two Jerome and JoNeisha Mock like they were their grandchildren too. Mr and Mrs Chapman never missed their birthdays or Christmas. They would come over Christmas morning to watch the kids open their gifts. They were both in Shauntaia’s life since the day she was born. I remember when Shauntaia was into Mermaids and the Chapman’s searched and searched to find her the perfect mermaid doll for Christmas. Thank you Mrs Chapman for all you’ve done. You’ve always been there. I love you and I will miss Mr. Chapman’s jokes and his smile.

You are in my prayers and thoughts Mrs. Shirley Chapman, Phonoey Jr, Lorreen, all the grandkids, great grandkids and the rest of the Chapman family.

May God comfort, bless and keep you during this time of bereavement and loss.
