Richard Brisco passed away December 14, 2021 at Mt Carmel East Hospital. He was born to the late J.B Brisco and Theola Brisco in Rayville, Louisiana.

Richard Brisco also known as “Daddy Rich” or Grandfather to all that knew him and loved him.

Daddy Rich came to Columbus, Ohio in 1960, where he worked at several nursing homes as well hanging and sanding dry wall. In new and old homes.

Daddy Rich loved to go to yard sales and flea markets. He had a love for anything old. He loved to collect old albums and guns. In his younger years he loved to travel. He would drive from Ohio to the West Coast with no problem.

Daddy Rich was preceded in death by his parents J. B. and Theola Brisco; 2 brothers, James Brisco and Deluster Brisco; three sisters, Betty Jo Brisco, Mable Brisco, Gwen Brisco; sons; Tyrone Tarver, Fred Spencer, Anthony Brisco and Victor Brisco, Brian Brisco; daughter-in-law, Lori Brisco.

Daddy Rich leaves behind wife, Loretta Rayford Brisco; daughter, Dorothy (Dot) Spencer, Pamela Harper, Sheila (John) Stroud , Yolanda (Mark) Dunlap, Tammy (Aaron) Phillips and Tanya (Marvin) Giles; sister, Doris (Pete) Vaughn; 2 brothers, Varman Brisco and Mark Brisco; bonus daughters, Sherry Taylor, Loretta (Kevin) Hayden, Antoinette (Shawn) Reeves, Monica Rayford, and Sheila (Tyrone) Williams; as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great- grandchildren , cousins aunts and friends.

Visitation 10:00 AM and Private Funeral Service 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave. (one block east of Noe Bixby, turn North on Lonsdale Rd.). Interment at Eastlawn Cemetery.
