Preceded in death by father, Elmer Locklear; mother, Janice Dowsey; grandfather, John Henry Locklear; grandmother, Alice Fields.
Left to cherish her memory her daughter, Brittani (Jeramy Rogers) Jones; son, Keith Jones; brother, Elmer (Vivian) Locklear, Jr.; sisters, Sherri (Stacy) Meminger, Sheila (Michael) Locklear; granddaughter, Princess Baylee Rogers; special friends, Elrena Benson, Heather Ann, Rick Montgomery and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
Visitation 11:00 a.m. and Funeral 12:00 p.m. Monday, July 10, 2017 at the MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST 5456 E. Livingston Ave. (one block east of Noe–Bixby, turn north on Lonsdale Rd.).

Prayers for Sandra’s family, she was a special friend. I always think of her smile and love for life, she had amazing strength as she fought with her health issues. Know that she is in Gods hands and no longer suffers.

Thoughts and prayers with Sandra’s family for strength and peace. She was such a special lady that always could make our AEP family members smile. I can only imagine how special she was to you having had a glimpse into her life from a work perspective.
My prayers are with Sandra’s family. I got the pleasure of working with Sandra several years ago and she made an impact on me. Her smile and orneriness put happiness in the hearts of others. I am thankful to have had her in my life.
I always felt loved around and will think of you with the fondest of memories. You will be missed.

So sorry to hear about my neighborhood friend, Mitzi – Dale and I had fun with her, Bay Bay (Sherri), Monk (Sheila) and Fee (Elmer). I recently had surgery and couldn’t attend the service and Dale lives in Chicago. May God give you all peace during this difficult time.
