William Irvin was born on January 17, 1956. He fell asleep in death on February 8, 2016, after a prolonged illness. Ricky is survived by his mother, Patricia Irvin; children, DeShon Neims, Tony Niems and Vanshonna Irvin; brother, Wilbur “Jay” (Darris) Irvin; sister, Dreama Rogers; nieces and nephews, Darrin Irvin, Timithoy Irvin, BeAnne Irvin, Jayla Irvin, Jacob Rogers, Jerrod Rogers, Javin Rogers, and Jade Rogers; and a host of other relatives and friends.
To the Irvin and Rogers Family,
May you find the peace and comfort from knowing your loved one is at rest. When told Lazarus was resting. Jesus’ disciples thought he meant resting till he was well. Jesus said, no Lazarus is dead. So he likened death to a deep sleep, no sorrow, no suffering. And just as he called Lazarus back to life, he will call Ricky back too. John chapter 11. Job 14:13-15 is very comforting because it tells us our Creator Jehovah God yearns to remove death. We are assured that “He will call, the dead will answer how wonderful it will be to be with our loved ones again.
